Unspecified error C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe in Google Chrome.

Original Title: Google Chrome Jumplist problem.

I have a problem on Jumplist items of Google Chrome browser. I did a system restore and Google Chrome was broken. When I click on the "New window" and "New incognito window" in the Jumplist, this message comes out: 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe 

Unspecified error

So I tried to copy chrome.exe from the User APPDATA and then the error message didn't come out, however it didn't respond to the command. 

Is there a way to repair Chrome or do a clean install?

I suggest you post in the Google Forums since the specific error is with Google chrome.
