I would suggest you to keep
Microsoft Visual c++ redistributable 2010 and uninstall the rest of Microsoft Visual c++ because Microsoft Visual c++ redistributable 2010 updated version Microsoft Visual c++.
Also some program are not designed for using the same version of
Microsoft Visual c++, However there are chances that you might need to install
older versions to run a few programs.
