Method 1:

A "Stop: 0x000000A5" error message typically indicates that the computer Basic Input/Output System (BIOS)  is incompatible with the Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) standard that is supported in Windows 7. However, this error can also occur because the computer hardware, the peripherals, or the drivers for those devices are incompatible with Windows 7.

I suggest you to contact the computer manufacturer for information about how to obtain and to install a BIOS update.

 BIOS DISCLAIMER:

 Modifying BIOS/complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) settings incorrectly can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the configuring of BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Modifications of the settings are at your own risk.

 

Method 2:

Unplug all external devices and try booting the computer and check if the issue persists.

 

Method 3:

Step 1:

Restart computer in safe mode and check if the issue occurs follow the steps in the link:

Chkdsk disclaimer:

While performing chkdsk on the hard drive if any bad sectors are found on the hard drive when chkdsk tries to repair that sector if any data available on that might be lost.
