1. When did the message occur?
2. Did you make any changes to your machine prior to the issue occurring?
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
4. Have you updated your wireless adapters?

I'd have you follow the steps mentioned below.

Step 1:

Perform SFC scan on your machine to check if this is related to missing or corrupt system file.

Step 2:

Test the issue in safe mode with networking.

Let us know the status of the issue.

Step 3:

You may also do system restore to the point your computer was functioning fine.
