DirectX internal error (Win 7)

Yes, I just downloaded the game Star Wars: The Old Republic for my PC, and during the installation it stops with the message, "DirectX Setup Error: An internal error occurred. And when i try and update or do anything with directX, it states that an internal error occured and to check my Dxerror log. when i do this is what appears:

If you notice, it's mostly all in march and may 30.

I've done everything that I can possibly think of.. Clean booted it up, ran directX as administer, still the same error occured.. Started it in Safe Mode, and same thing... I Have NO IDEA what to do next.... Someone please help me :(

Please reinstall the display drivers from the manufacturer’s website and check if it works fine.
