Windows 10: Stuck on Attempting Repairs Screen

Hi, just to let you know before you read this, I have already tried reading other methods and "Solutions", however I just couldn't find any methods that would work for me.

Whenever I startup my computer, I get a brief display of my ASUS Motherboard M5A78-M USB 3 with the option to:

Afterwards, I see a Preparing Automatic Repair -> Diagnosing your PC -> Attempting repairs

However, on the Attempting repairs, it is stuck on there for hours on end.

Almost all of the methods that I see on the internet requires me to go on my Startup Menu to go to Advanced Settings, which isn't possible since I'm stuck on Attempting repairs screen.

I tried to reinstall my Windows using the disk I got from NCIX along with my computer 3 years ago. However, the disk is Windows 8.1 which I upgraded to Windows 10.

I tried booting the PC from DISK, however it is stuck on the Blue Windows Logo without any sign of loading.

I don't know what else I could do, because I tried to see the options I have are:

Display Bios Post Message, which is pretty much useless.

Boot Menu, which shows two of my SSD and gives me the option to pick one or the other, and just goes back to the state where it shows the brief display of my Motherboard just to go in a circle.

Bios Setup, which doesn't really give me any options to work with. (Will post the options I have down below.)

Ez Flash 2, which also doesn't give me any options to work with.

Any "Possible" methods would be very helpful to me, and will be tried to solve.

Bios Setup:

I too had a similar issue. Although I was able to get it back to safe mode state, I believe you will have to update your BIOS to the most recent. You can get it from Asus website. Asus EZ flash is at 3.0 now that's what gave me a clue. Once I did this I was able to perform a lot of updates and just finished updating to Windows 10. You may need to use another pc to get BIOS update on a flash drive. Hope this helps.

Side note: I had called Microsoft prior to my BIOS update and they told me my motherboard was not compatible. So I called Asus and they said of-

course its compatible. They then gave me the link to the Asus website to download my update for my model board.

I did this and I was left with a "NTLDR is missing" error on startup..

Very upset at the moment and trying to find a resolution.

Well, I found windows 7 to be very stable, but since updating to 10 I have now pledged and sworn to myself that i will never spend a single additional cent on any Microsoft product ever again my entire life.  I had better luck with ME.  It took me about ten minutes to back space erase the prefab answer here before i could begin to tell you what I really think.
