Reverse the scroll of mouse

There are times that upgrades and enhancements are included when installing the new versions of Windows 10. Also, some options and features may be unavailable as well that retained to the older versions. In line with your query, if the option can’t be found under the Settings app, you may have the latest Windows 10 version. However, there’s a workaround that can be done to still perform the said action that you’re trying to achieve. We’ll be using registry tweaks to reverse the scroll of your mouse, here are the steps:

1. In the search box, type Device Manager and click on the result.
2. Select Mice and other pointing devices and double-click your mouse.
3. Go to the Details tab, select Device instance path from the drop-down menu.
4. Right-click the value that shows in the Value box and select Copy.
   
   
5. Press OK and close the Device Manager window.
6. Open a Notepad or Word so you can take note of the VID ID, then paste it from there. We’ll be using the VID ID as a reference for the next steps.
7. In the search box, type regedit and click the result.
8. Go to this registry location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enue\HID.
9. This is where we’ll uses the VID ID. Click the key that matches the VID ID that was copied earlier.
10. Select Device Parameters.
11. Select and double-click FlipFlopWheel.
12. Change the Value data from 0 to 1 and press OK.
    
    
13. Close the Registry Editor windows.
14. Restart your device to reflect the changes.
15. Check the result.

5. Once you’ve completed the form and monitoring, click Submit.
6. Click Continue using Feedback Hub.
7. Click My feedback at the top, then find the item you submitted (it may take a while to appear).
8. Open the item you submitted, then click Share.
9. Click Copy link, then paste the link here in your response (it will look like https://aka.ms/<unique link>).
