Folder Pane in Outlook 2016 keeps disappearing

In order to troubleshoot the issue relate to Outlook, follow the steps given below and check if it helps. Try to reset the navigation pane and check if it helps.

• Ensure Outlook is closed,
• Hold Windows key + R.
• Copy and paste, or type the following command in the Open box, and then press Enter:

Outlook.exe /resetnavpane

Note: There is a space between Outlook.exe and /resetnavpane.

If issue persists, you may also try to use the following command to reset views and check the result:

Ensure Outlook is closed.

· Hold Windows key +R.

· Copy and paste, or type the following command in the Open box, and then press Enter

Outlook /cleanviews

Note: There is a space between Outlook and /.

Using the command line switch ‘Outlook /cleanviews’ will reset all views to default in Outlook.
