I have Office 365 and the Outlook feature keeps hanging up when I delete an email. It says down below "synchronizing trash" and will hang up like that for a long time or until I get out of Outlook. I had talked to a MS person a couple of months ago that thought they had fixed it but did not. Does MS not have a telephone number anymore to make a contact with support people. I know I found a number then but not now.

Hi 1555h
May you kindly share a screenshot of your Outlook hanging up, and for the sake of protecting your privacy please provide the screenshot in the Private Message (PM).
In the mean time if you haven't already tried it I would suggest trying to delete an email in safe mode to double check if you encounter the same results. To do so exit Outlook, press the windows key + R to open the run command and type Outlook exe/safe and then press enter.
Secondly you may carry out an office application repair, you may refer to the link below on how to do it:https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/repair-an-office-application-7821d4b6-7c1d-4205-aa0e-a6b40c5bb88b
Note: Before repairing an Office application , please back up office data in a safe location for data loss prevention.
