My Microsoft Teams tabs are missing yet they are still accessible on different devices?

Hi,

It seems on my computer all of my tabs from channels have gone except for the basics (Posts & Files).

I have deleted all cache suggested on here as well as uninstalled and reinstalled the application.

Removed the rememberable credentials in control panel.

Not sure what else to do.

Thanks

Ross

Follow this procedure to troubleshoot:

1. Please confirm with other members and make sure they didn’t accidentally remove these tabs, and also check Team settings to see if members in each impacted team group have the permission to create and delete tabs:

2. Check Office 365 audit log (you may contact admin to help you as this feature needs Office 365 admin permissions) to see if there are any relevant events being recorded.

3. Please check Teams client app updates to make sure it’s the latest version. If these tabs were added by you and if it is convenient, let other members add these tabs via Teams web app and monitor for a while to see if the issue would appear again.

I hope this helps!

Regards.
