Window 10 build 10 10240 Error 0x803F8001 in store.

Getting this in phone companion,app connecter and get office.

To fix I unistalled phone companion app and reinstall it.Now I am not receiving its update.

I think it installed latest version.

I unistalled office app because I did not need it.

But I am still getting this error in app connecter.

Plz help me

And one question..Is App connecter is important app?
