The vehicles! I love the vehicles. It's one of the things that has always kept me coming back to the battlefield series. Other xbox games have tried it, but it seems to just work with this game. I never have understood why battlefield isn't more popular. I mean, it IS popular but not as much as any of the CODs. Battlefield seems to just do it better and did I mention, they have vehicles?!?! Where else can I get into a chopper and fly upside down into a hill turning myself in a fiery ball of flames?

I think the question, why is it not more popular? It can be answered how the skills needed in this game. To be successful in any match, you have to realize what is going on in the battlefield and adapt. Any other shooter you can take down the top guy by shooting him yourself or bring teammates to corner them. But in BF, if the top guy is in a chopper and you have a Recon class. You need to either A. find some kind of mounted weapon(ie machine gun or AT rocket) or B. die and come back as a class that can deal with that. And IMO most people would get frustrated easily by not being the top guy in kills( even though that is not what gets you the top spot) or having a great game one moment. Then the next game someone comes into the game and blows you away like it was nothing.

And to answer what I like is the vehicles and the destruction of buildings. I wish I could find some COD corner campers and bring them into BF to get the twenty 2.0 destruction kills,

Blowing things up, everything that's destructible needs to be leveled, usually with a heavy helping of wookie inside to sweeten the deal. The explosions in this game are the best. try this with a friend, he drops a mine, about ten feet away you drop C4 and you alternate (6 of each)  then shoot the first mine, you get a nifty chain reaction. using the mine/ c4 combo, you can level buildings with a friend in one shot. Just a friendly tip from outside the box.

Destruction!  Nothing is more satisfying then driving my M1 Abrams through a building. I love that the tanks can drive though just about anything. Leveling buildings is fun, especially when there's enemies in them. Oh and don't forget landscaping; I love to take out forests so the enemy has to come across an open field.

The maps.

Nothing more fun than running around on your favorite maps with your favorite weapons. Maps like Nelson Bay, Laguna Presa & Panama Canal make this game sweet!

Large variety of combat situations, destruction, generally cool community.
