Well Rounded achievement not popping

Not really sure what is up that. One helpful thing is the achievement tracker "notification". As you use a vigor you should see progress like...1 of 8......2 of 8...and so on. ( I was unaware of  timing/release prerequisite)... Hopefully it's not a glitch for you. Not sure what else it may be. Good Luck!

Well the achievement finally popped as soon as I started playing today.  I just threw return to sender and it popped.  I don't understand it because I had already used return to sender 5-10 times.  I guess I just had to post on a forum about it and the bioshock infinite gods were pleased.

I didn't care too much for RtS. All but RtS were useful, IMHO. Devil's Kiss all the way.

But RtS is great for one use.  Use it on the core and breeze through the final battle.

I want to revise this comment of mine, as well. Just because I didn't use it as much as I had the other Vigors doesn't mean that it is useless. Devil's Kiss will remain my favorite, however.
