Random Freezing When Playing Metal Slug 3

I downloaded Metal Slug 3 from the arcade marketplace and i've been trying to playing it and it freezes after 5 minutes of playing it. I play offline single player and it still freezes. Please help and fix this otherwise it was a waste of 800 ms points.

Does it only happen when playing this game? Does it always happen at the same point in the game. Try deleting the game and redownload it anyhow. Sometimes that helps.

Yeah, I paid the $10 not the 800 points so I'm kinda more posses off. But this happens to me too, any help?
