Pretty sure that is not going to happen. This is always a given since you always see a message stating "This transaction is subject to the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use. You will be charged at this time. No Refunds." at the time of purchase. Sounds like your happy with the game since you still want to keep it.

Why do you want a refund what is wrong with your game?
if you downloaded it from xbox live via your dashboard it says no refunds
