[LOCKED]Please Help Me! I Beg You!

So I just but this device called Dazzle Video Creator Plus HD which allows you to record your Xbox 360 game montages by connecting the color cables to the device to the computer then edit them and make them as videos, that includes uploading them to Youtube which I would be doing but if it wasn't for this big problem that I'm having, I've just been testing recording myself going around on the dashboard and playing a game cutscene but when it records it lags worst than bad, it's terrible, then when I play the vid it goes truly fast and it even skips most of frames, I'm pretty worried and clueless on what to do because I'm not sure what capture settings to use since I already checked that, I just spended $89.99 for this thing and I don't think I can return it since I already opened it, installed it and used the activation code. It's a program called Pinnacle Studio 14 running on my Windows XP and I have no idea what the problem is, it could be the graphic card (I have no idea) the cables (I'm only using my Xbox 360 cables and the device) or even a virus (O_o) So could anyone help me on this? Please, I would be doing good YouTube Xbox videos...
