I have paid for the game (Far cry 3) but it has not downloaded, or even started to download. It still asks me to pay £24.99 for it and when I try to do this (Hoping that it will just download) it says it cannot authorise payment method.
How do I fix this?

How do I download a game I have bought from Xbox Live?

Can you double check commerce.microsoft.com and see if the purchase is showing there.
If it is, there are a few things that will help us to investigate this:
- Your GT:
- The purchase that was charged but not listed in DL history:
- When you purchased it:
- Your region:
