Downloads keeps restarting -(Dark Souls and Halo 3)

I'm trying to download Dark Souls, but after a while, the progress bar goes from something like 60-70% down to zero. And it starts again. And after a while, it goes to zero again. It never finish. It loops over and over, downloading and re-downloading. 

I also tried some stuff I read online and in a few threads in this forum:

  • I tried stopping the download, then re-download.
  • I tried stopping the download,  clearing the cache, and then try again.
  • I tried adding the game to the queue from web.

... but any of those methods didn't work.

The same thing happened to me with Halo 3. After a while, I stopped trying because I thought it was some issue related with the region migration I made back then (I used to have an US account). And I never had this problem again, with any game, until now.

Can someone help me?

You say you used to have a US account but don't anymore.  This suggests that you live in a different country then your gamertag is set to.  Can you please list which country you live in and which country your tag is set to?

It is very possible that you are running into region issues with the downloads where the game is not available to your region and that is why the issue is happening.

I'live in Mexico, and I have a mexican account. My console's "Locale" is also set to Mexico.

Do you have another storage device that you can try to download it to? (eg. usb stick).
