Black Ops Servers Down

Anyone else having a problem getting online?

Same here, went to Black Ops website to check server status and this is what they have, "All Call of Duty: Black Ops servers are online, but we have received reports of network outages outside of our control. Some users may experience limited connectivity in some regions until outside networks are back online." How can it be servers outside of their control? Xbox Live servers?

never managed to get online at that time due to kids playing damn WOW (no taste) but was on about 22:00-23:30 last night never seen any problem
