Battlefield 4 Premium: Refund Request.

I bought Battlefield 4 and the Premium Season pass but the game runs Atrociously on Xbox 360 and the game itself is unfinished, (Probably EA to blame.) The quality of the product is abysmal and am returning the game to where i bought it, however i cant refund the Premium pack at a retailer due to it being digital so i was told to ask Xbox for a refund and im asking how i would go about this, Thanks in advance :)
