Xbox Live Unauthorized Access Help Please

So a few weeks ago someone gained access to my Xbox Live gold account profile. They managed to change windows live ID and password. They also changed my security question. My account was accidentally deleted a few weeks after I noticed the compromise. I called Xbox live on the 19th of July and the lady told me within 7 days the they would email me with a reset link and information of the finish of the Investigation. Today is the 7th day and I still haven't recieved a response. What should I do?

Investigations can take up to 30 days to complete. You can try calling support back to see if they have any information for you.
