xbox 360 will not connect to my PC no matter what i do

I been trying to stream music to my xbox for a while and i can't seem to get it to connect to my PC.
it does see my PC but when i try to actually access it it says cannot connect and to make sure my PC is on and is on the same network.
I have windows 7 Home premium 64 bit PC and the xbox 360 S.

I have the xbox and PC connected to my router i tried wireless and wired but nothing works.
I have enabled sharing in windows but that didnt help at all.

i had it working once but  a bad driver install corrupted windows and i had to reinstall and now it wont connect to it.

I tried windows media center and it also says cannot connect but when i test the network the xbox says its blocked but i don't know how that can be blocked im not even using a firewall or antivirus at all and i tried disabling windows firewall and that didnt help either.

Any help would be great.

Delete your Homegroup, and then recreate it. Make sure UPnP is turned on. Normally if there's an issue with Windows, then you're never going to regain reconnectivity until you reformat.
