Have you tried another HDMI or VGA cable?

That kinda looks like graphics spilling out everywhere as in bad programming, but considering you said it happens in more than one game It could be an error in 2 area's. By 3D I assume you mean Polygon 3D and not the 3D you need glasses to see. First off though I'm gonna ask you to make sure all the cables in the TV are plugged in correctly and are not loose as well as in the back of the system.
First, What I would try doing is installing the games to your HDD instead of reading them off disc, just in case there is something wrong with the DVD drive. To install, just have the game selected while its in the console, and press X for more info. This will
bring you to a page allowing you a few options, one of which is install.
Secondly, And this is my most hated answer that everyone else seems to love to use, try clearing the cache on your system. To do this go over to settings tab, select storage once there highlight the HDD but dont click A, instead you should see an option to
press Y, which will give you access to clearing the Cache.
If those 2 things do not fix the graphics error you are seeing, it could be because the graphics card itself is having issues and thus needs to be repaired. You said you just bought the xbox for a year.. Do you mean 1 yr rental? or you just bought it this
year.. Either way, you can ask for a repair on the MS site as both instances should be covered.
support.xbox.com/.../repair-process
That link will get you to the repair process you need to do.
Please let us know if this helps. :)

Hey there Lotus! If it's a HDMI issue, they can manifest weirdly like that. I would say it's worth testing a different cable if you can. Can you also please try clearing your console's cache and deleting/reinstalling that game?
