Transfer Question 360 to 360 Slim

I have the old regular XBox360 and it's time I upgraded to the 360 slim.

I have a Microsoft brand transfer cable with disc and a 250GB HDD.

Now here's the question: Can I transfer all the data from my old 250GB HDD to the XBox360 Slim's 250GB HDD? I have very important Gears of War 3 Beta data that can't be re-downloaded and plus it would take forever to re-download all the stuff I have on my hard drive so transfering would be the only option here.

Also, how do I transfer rights to my old XBox to the new slim when I get it so I can play offline with my DLC in case I go to a buddies house or something?

The transfer cable will transfer all the data from your old hard drive to the new one.

To transfer your licenses, you'll have to go here - http://xbox.com/drm
