Question about 360s 4gb internal memory

I installed a 250gb HD into my 360s 4g.  After transferring all the data from the memory unit to the hard drive I went to play a game and was asked to select the memory source (from the HD or the Mem Unit).  Is there a way to turn the memory unit off so that it doesn't ask me to pick, or select the HD as the default?

No, that will always be there.  I only find it to be a minor issue now and rarely think about it anymore.

it did it back on the older 360 systems if you had a hard drive plugged in the side/top and a memory card at the same time.
