password to sign in to xbox live i cant remember it and no way to find it out

i cant sign in to my account because i messed around and there was this 1 thing where it had buttons the rt rb lt lb x y and the d-pad i messed around with it because it didnt say that it was anything so i thought its just something random now the next day i couldnt sign in because i needed that password now i cant sign in and theres no way to find out the code cause it wont ask want us to send password to e-mail or anything so i cant sign in i've had that account for 2 years so please xbox live help me my username is LOZMASTERMM and myemail is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** please answer back i cant sign in to xbox live and ive bought so much stuff

delete your tag off the xbox and recover it. That will remove the code.
