Microsofts new way of not letting you remove card details!!!

So i just put my card details on so I could buy PES 2011. I bought it

Now I want to take them off, but surprise surprise, when I go to the account payment info coincidently it comes up with:

Uh oh ..... that shouldnt have happened....

It appears you've found a glitch in the system.

 

Yeah right. Just 1 minute ago I was on that page putting in my card details....

You have to ring customer services to remove a card mate,it's a total and utter disgrace.

You dont. I removed it manually a few weeks ago. They have updated the site so you can. Im positive.

Oh, they have changed it again. It now has an option within "Accounts" to either edit or remove card details. Handy to know (provided they don't change it again in a couple of weeks.)

I didn't actually attempt to remove the card, so whether it's working or not is a different matter, but the option is there.

Seemed the problem was firefox. Had to use IE to remove them.

Sorry to hijack the OP thread,but why is the forums showing 7 hours in front,instead of the usual 1??. Have i missed something?

[/quote]You need to go into the settings and set your time zone as -7 Mountain Time for it to show correctly.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but if your card has been used to pay for gold membership the only way to remove it is by phoning up.

Yeah it did that for me in FF, signing out and removing all cookies associated with Xbox solved it.

You need to phone up to remove them, I cant remove mine and never have done but i need to call support again
