Microsoft Points

I recently got suspended on my live account, so i made a new account. on my old acount, i had spent a lot of my money on microsoft points. When i am suspended, there is no way for me to used these microsoft points that i have left over. I was wondering if i had any way of retrieving these Microsoft points or transfer them to my new account.
