I'm in some serious trouble here guys.

Today I was looking through my messages and one of my friends sent me a link to a website, so I switched on my laptop and went on the link: [removed by moderator] and I put my details(Email and Password) of my Xbox Live account (it looks like EA FIFA 11 website so I thought it was just a link to that) and then I was signed out of Xbox live and thought it was just an internet problem but I couldn't sign in so I went and reset my password and signed back in for about 20 or so minutes and was signed out again, it happened again and again and again. I waited a few hours and reset my password again and I tried to sign in and it says my Account has been deleted.

GAMERTAG in question: [GT removed]

Email linked with the account: [removed by moderator]

What can I do to get THIS account back???

PLEASE HELP ME!

no thats a PHISHING site

there IS nothing free in life

when its too good to be TRUE don't do it

phishing sites are designed to look offical they are NOT supported offically

when you see FREE ms points or free anything buyer beware

when you saw the sub listing ripaway you should automatically assume DANGEROUS

your best bet at this point change your password as your account could be comprimised

your ACCOUNT cannot be deleted on xbox live

if you mean your ripaway account has been deleted yes

its a PHISHING website as EA will only send from their website

i looked at that website thats RIPAWAY not EA's website they only refer to EA

if it cannot find your gamertag thats different what you need to do is contact xbox support via phone and open an comprimised account case

PLEASE DO NOT fall for free ms points there is only rewards.xbox.com and its only availiable in the US

this is WHY forums tell people do not go for FREE MS points or protect your password and why you cannot be hacked that is giving your info away

1) I suggest you take a moment to read and practice: Account security for Xbox LIVE

2) Contact support for your region and have them open an Unauthorized Access Investigation, at which time they will lock the account until the investigation is complete, usually takes anywhere from 7-30 business days. Then they will send recovery instructions.

3) Be sure to remove this so called friend from your friendslist. True friends don't do this.

If you have lost control of your account please follow Temhotabot's advice and contact Support immediately and open an unauthorised access case with them.

In future never give out your LIVE ID and password. Please treat these both as you would with the keys to your house and your address. Never give them to anyone else, especially someone that you do not know.

Off topic but @Temhotabot Great sig.

BTW: I always thought it was common knowledge not to enter your windows live Id for any other site except for microsoft owned websites.

I recently got an email offering me 200 MS points if I signed up for Bing Rewards.  Since all the links suggested it was eprize which is who runs Xbox Live Rewards, I thought it was legit but now, I'm not so sure... Is Microsoft actually giving 200 MS points for signing up with Bing Rewards?  I did sign up with Bing Rewards and now have 280 Bing credits, so if it was phishing, it still signed me up? I'm kinda worried (and I have changed my Windows Live password)
