I Can't Delete My Old Credit Card!

I'm trying tp put a new credit card onto my xbox, so every month the money comes out of the new one. But, whenever I try to delete my old credit card, it will not delete, and I can easily dlete the new credit card I am wanting to use, some please Help! :(

If the old credit card has a Live subscription attached to it you will not be able to remove it. You will need to contact support for your region and have them TURN OFF auto renewal. Then once your current subscription runs out and your account reverts to SILVER you can then remove the credit card via billing.microsoft.com and add the new credit card.
