Help upgrading to new 360 S

I have an original release 360 that has, thankfully, never RROD'd (knock on wood) with a 120gb HDD I added later (originally 20gb). But I'm debating upgrading to a new 250gb 360 S with Kinect for the kids, primarily for the HDMI, built-in wi-fi, and I hear they are quieter (my current unit sounds like a jet engine).

1.) Is it just a matter of de-registering my old 360 and then recovering my gamer tag on the new unit?

2.) Will I be able to download all my XBL games again? (I have about a dozen.)

3.) Hexic HD came with my original unit, but I heard it's no longer available on XBLA. Will I still be able to re-download that to the new unit?

4.) Anything else I should know (pitfalls, problems, opportunities) before getting the new unit?

Thanks!

1.) The best way is using the Data Transfer Cable or a USB flash drive. You can transfer everything from your old hard drive to the new one. Here's more information on it - www.xbox.com/.../transfer  The transfer cable will move everything over for you and wipe the old hard drive. You'll also need to do a license transfer here - http://xbox.com/drm

2.) Yes. Everything you download can be redownloaded later for free from your download history. When you do the license transfer you'll have to redownload all of your downloaded content too.

3) Hexic HD still comes preloaded on all hard drives so you'll still have it when you get the new 360. It was also recently added to the marketplace for free so it can be downloaded again.
