Ive been told multiple things involving how i go about replacing my Xbox hard drive. First i called support and they told me I would have to send in my whole Xbox to get my hard drive fixed and that guy talking to me submitted a repair order; now I called today because i planned on shipping it off today and he tells me the problem i have doesn't require me sending it in sadly before he could explain what i have to do the call dropped. so my question is how do i go about getting my E68 error resolved will i have to send in my hard drive whole Xbox or what and is it covered under the warranty. Also if i don't have to send in my Xbox what do i do to cancel my repair order. i would really appreciate if some one would explain all the steps necessary to fixing the problem.
Also I am positive it is my hard drive and not the actual Xbox.
Any help would be thankful but would prefer a thorough set of instruction I need to take to resolve my problem.
