I have upnp enabled my Nat is open it takes forever to get in a match even in Black Ops. I have a Lynsys WRT120n router connected to Clear Access modem. I had no problems for 2 years before this happened 3 months ago i have called my ISP numerous times they tell me theres nothing more they can do. Should i just try port forwarding and turn upnp off or what?

I'm afraid that is the issue then, your Internet connection is being NAT'd by the modem and then again by your WRT120N which results in a double NAT, I'm not familiar with that modem, I take it that it only has one Ethernet port?

Thanks, so its even worse then, a triple NAT.
- Your ISP is NATin'g within their network even before it gets to you
- Your Modem NAT's again
- Your Router NAT's again
So your Xbox is hidden behind three level's of NAT, one is fine, two or above is a problem. I'm afraid there's no configuration changes you can make to resolve this, not even on your modem. This is very common for Wi-Max ISP's, because there are no more public ip addresses left to allocate in the world many are now allocating private ip addresses, this is fine for email, browsing etc, but not for gaming. You can ask your ISP if they can provide you with a public ip address, some will at an extra cost, if not your stuck I'm afraid.
