Cannot connect to xbox live

Modem brand & model number:
Router brand & model number:TP-LINK
If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?Internal
Things you have tried: rebootin router,changing ip,restarting console and other suggested steps
Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown Yes
Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT? No
Any Error Codes you encounter:
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)?ASTER
After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

Ok, try to re-configure your network settings. From the Network Settings screen, select Configure Network, then Additional Settings, then Restore to Factory Defaults. Then test your Xbox Live connection again to see if that resolves the issue for you. If that doesn't work, then try to re-download your profile and clear your cache on your hard drive. :)

You can not download your profile? Is it giving you an error message? You have to delete, then recover your gamertag in order to do this.

xbox button -> download profile -> it dies at checking network (can't sign in dialog) Changed Language to enlish to be more exact
