Hi,
I have been advised by xbox support to ask about problems buying xbox live. I have an offer on at the moment for 12 months live for £26.50 and when I try to buy it I am asked to enter a payment method even though I have a card and paypal set up. So far with xbox support I have tried:
removing the account from the xbox and re-adding it
removing all payment methods and re-adding them
buying on the xbox and website
So far nothing works. After entering the payment details on the pop up message I am taken back to the beginning to add the payment method again in a cycle which never ends. They are calling back ina a day or two but think it may be something to do with the preview program so any help would be appreciated.
