Can't Add Any Profiles Error 0x80a40002

I'm unable to add any account / profiles, can't login to live, etc... When trying to add I just get error: There was a problem, can't continue (0x80a40002), Try Again Later... Tried last night and this morning many times. Network tests seem ok... Any ideas?

Also having this same exact problem.. updated fine, got to dashboard but cant sign in with there was a problem, network tests come up good says I am connected but gives error when I try to sign in

All I've been able to find is this

Tried changing my network name and using a different network altogether in getting Internet I can download patches just can't sign into live??

I also tried the restore factory default to no avail.. It's downloading my Forza 5 patch and services says it's online I don't know what the deal is

Yeah I cant play anything either everything else seems fine nothing wrong with disc drive or weird noises I have no clue if its something on their end but if it doesnt start working here soon think I'm gonna end up taking it back

hey, got it working, somehow it looks like that it has to do with the NAT/Network of my Router which i have behind my Cable Provider. I Connected my X-box directly to my Cable Provider without anything in between and after that a could log on. Afterwards i re-installed my router and everything works great...

Seems like it is some sort of NAT issue .  I didn't have any with my 360 on the same network... Anyway, reworked my wireless network.  Note - I had to hard power off (unplug) several times to get the xbox to take the new settings... My NAT went fro "Moderate" to "OPEN"... 0x80a40002 went away.. Wish I had more info,... Good Luck!

My NAT type is open as well, but I still get errors. Still can't sign in.
