Original title: .Net-Broadcast Event window.2.0.0.0.33c0d9.0 error

I keep getting a .Net-Broadcast Event window.2.0.0.0.33c0d9.0 error when shutting down or restarting my pc.  I have Windows XP with SP3 and all current updates installed.  I also use some Accessiblity Features in Windows and have other software for accessiblity like JAWS and MAGic running at shut down.  I also have an active desktop connected to a remote server.  Only started getting this error after the .NET updates that came out July.

Hi,

What are the KB numbers of those .Net updates?

Step 1: Let’s perform clean boot on the computer and check.

Starting your computer by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program. This kind of startup is known as a "Clean boot."

After you have finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:
1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. Type msconfig, and then click OK.
The System Configuration Utility dialog box is displayed.
3. Click the General tab, click Normal Startup - load all device drivers and services, and then click OK.
4. When you are prompted, click Restart to restart the computer.

Step 2: Also check for error messages in event viewer. If you find any error messages then post back the exact error message so that we can assist you better.
