my new computer with windows 8 won't print my pdf files, prints everything else fine.

I have a new HP computer running windows 8. my printer works fine except when I want to print a pdf file. If I install the drivers for the printer, it wipes out all my Outlook files.
 
I'm so close to pitching out this windows 8.

My printing problem is solved with a download of the latest version of Adobe Reader. My pdf files are printing fine now, no trouble at all with my new Windows 8 computer.

Got it to work.  I discovered that the updates were downloaded but the computer needed to restart to get them configured.  pdf's would not open up until this happened.  By accident I noticed a message that said my computer would restart in two days to config the updates.  I selected restart and it took about 40 minutes for one update to install and config.  Fingers crossed I checked my pdf's and they ran.  problem solved.
