how to set up pop3 singnet email for windows 8

From your description, I understand that you want to setup POP3 SingNet email account in Windows 8 Mail app. I will be glad to assist you.

 

The Mail app, which comes with Windows 8 and Windows RT, doesn't support adding email accounts that use POP.
