Recent changes you made to your computer
Installed the most recent Windows Update but I do not think it is the problem as I have uninstall the update but problem still there

What you have already tried to fix the problem
Tried SFC /Scanow but cannot fix the issue. Tried fix to replace files but problem still there.
Used .net verifier and found that error in .net 2.0. 3.5.1 is not turned. Do not know how to fix this and already tried copy files from a workable system.
Anything I can try to fix the problem without reinstall.

Answer

Hi,

Step 1: To turn on the Microsoft .net Framework, do the following:

a. Click start-Control Panel > Programs and Features.
b. Click Turn Windows features on or off.
c.  Now select “Microsoft .net Framework 3.5.1".  You have to expand each component and check the ones you want.
d.  Restart the computer and check if the issue is fixed.

Step 2: You may run the system file checker tool once again. It might fix the issue.

Let us know the error message you got when running the system file checker tool before.
