Windows 7 cannot connect to network folder or network printer after update
Suddenly after February update I cannot access the network folders, our network printers with my Windows 7 machine and the logon script is not running because its on a shared folder.
After a late night trying different solutions I did a system restore to a date before the update and it work directly after reboot.
Some time later the updates is reinstalled and the problems is back.
When I try to connect to a computer or server in the network by typing \\computername\ or
\\ipadress\ in file explorer I get the error 0x0004005 and also all my network printers are offline.
Internet access and all other access is possible, I can connect to other computers with Remote Desktop and from them connect to shared folders on my local Win 7 PC.
What the heck has happended? I also tested all the network trouble shooting guides but they find nothing.
