Ipod Sync Problem Windows 7 64bit

Itunes does not sync the ipod under Windows 7 64bit Version!

This is a known problem for Apple and Microsoft as stated officially from both sides. I am wondering that I can not read anything about it on this platform. How can I keep me informed about anything that can solve the problem?

I appreciate any information on this issue.

Hello hardy3269,

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Answers Forums.

I am sure both companies are working to resolve any syncing issues they may have.  As far as keeping informed on the latest news regarding your particular hardware I would suggest doing a search for iPhone updates and see what you find there.  There may be some sites that have some RSS feeds you can link into.
