How to restore a document from WordPad I didn't save?

Hi.
I was using my WordPad and my computer stopped working and I had to restart it without saving the file. Is it lost, or there is a way I could restore it?
Thank you.

I'm sorry to tell you it's lost.  Wordpad documents are in RAM until you save them, and when you lose power or reboot, the contents of RAM go poof.  Needless to say, when working with a word processor, it's a very good idea to periodically save your work to prevent losing it in case of a problem.

 Good luck.

Sorry, but you are out of luck. It's lost.

It's always wise to save what you are doing every few minutes, not
wait until you are finished.
