How can I Create a file association

original title: Create a file association

In Windows 7, how can I create a file association when the file type is not listed? There is no option to add a new file type as in Windows XP. What happened is that I received a .aspx file as an attachment in my email ( Windows Live Mail ), which I could not open, and I have no idea with what program it was created.

.aspx files can be opened with Internet Explorer.
