I guessed that Microsoft disabled their own Weather Gadget but they also disabled us being able to use other Weather Gadgets for Windows 7, I did try that Weathernetwork App for Windows 7 (which it cannot use Apps good at all) and I plan on never ever upgrading
to the bad Windows 8 OS software, but that is not too good for the Weathernetwork, (it's too large) since I wanted a "small sized" Gadget to show me current temperatures, and also weather conditions, rain, snow and others.
I'm not pleased with Microsoft thinking just because someone can easily create a Gadget that all weather Gadgets and other types will be "not safe for us," since most of us using Windows OS versions do know to check things carefully for Malware/Spyware,
Viruses or other types of Infections that Windows OS's (even Windows 8 are not safe for). No wonder the world and the United States (including me) are moving to Apple or Linux based OS computer systems. In my other computer with Unbuntu I can put Gadgets
in and my Virus protection software will immediately check them for any and all infections right away and the Weather Gadget for it is perfect, much much better then is the Weathernetwork App one.
I installed Windows 8 and used it for a while 11/1/2012 to 1/22/2013 with Microsoft Security Essentials and got some free and paid Apps and one from Microsoft that caused a huge major virus infection so I knew not to trust their Windows 8 Apps at all. I
used Security Essentials, Paid AVG, Paid Avast, Paid other Anti-Virus and none of them would get rid of the Infection so I've abandoned Windows 8 for good, it's terrible for security! The free Apps were safe, but the paid one from Microsoft my Microsoft Certified
Security professional found the infection and showed me that it came from a Microsoft App. That is not treating us good at all is it for Windows 8?
Thanks for confirming that Microsoft just makes bad decisions for us all, all the time, does anyone know why they disabled us using the Microsoft Weather Gadget on 3/1/2013?
