192.168.1.254 is not opening

whenever i try to open it says this,

"This site can’t be reached
192.168.1.254 took too long to respond."

I'm connected to my wifi but that is another router i want to connect to boost the signals. I have TP Link TL-WA901ND router(Network Expension).

also i tried many solutions available on google etc but didnt work.

192.168.1.254 and similar address are router configuration address. If you are unable to access 192.168.1.254 address, your router configuration address might be different or your current browser might be encountering issues opening the said address. To troubleshoot this, we recommend using other web browsers. In case that the address still didn't work on other browsers, we recommend contacting TP-Link support.
