Surface pro 4 pen not working with SAI and drivers won't install

I bought a surface pro 4 the day it came out for digital painting. I downloaded paint tool SAI, but the pen pressure and stabilizer are both not working.

I've tried downloading the Wacom feel driver (

http://us.wacom.com/en/feeldriver ) and the wintab driver (

http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/downloads/ds039982), upon installation both say "A supported tablet was not found on the system" and cancel the installation.

Pressure sensitivity seems to work in freshpaint and clip studio paint. Just not SAI, which I find weird.

go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49498 and download and install Wintab-1.0.0.20-64-bit.zip to provide wintab support.
