AdxTaskPane appering in outlook for all the addins.

I have an small window pop up on starting up outlook which stays they till I close outlook.

The pop shows up as AdxTaskPane and displays the image of what the add-in like Mimecast search bar in the image.

If other add-ins are there then it shows up for all the add-ins in outlook 2016.

Please can some one assist with how to get rid of those popups.

The only way I have been able to do so is to disable all the relevant add-ins the pop ups don't appear.
