This is the answer i get when i try to respond or sent an email :

Remote Server returned '550 5.7.501 Access denied, spam abuse detected.

We’ve received several reports regarding the 550 5.7.501 issue. Generally, the issue needs to be escalated to our relevant team. Before that, I'd like to collect the entire NDR and the tenant information to identify whether you are in the same situation.

Hi KurtC,

Thanks for providing the complete NDR message in the private message. To move forward with the issue, you don’t need to reply to us with the problematic Office 365 account. Instead, we just need some basic information about your Office 365 subscription so we can transfer the case to our relevant team for further handling. If you don't know the related information, please confirm with your admin about it.  I have sent you another private message to request the information again.
