Outlook 2010 crashing and recurring error - mspst32.dll

MSOutlook 2010 has been crashing on me every time I have used it and gives the error log:

I have tried using Scanpst.exe on all .pst files but this did not help.

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

If SCANPST finds errors you should re-run it (and re-run it) until it gets through a scan clean.

Definitely disable any extraneous add-ins - that may well help.  You shouldn't need to run in Safe Mode - that's just a diagnostic tool.  If Safe Mode works it usually indicates a misbehaving add-in.

But fixing the errors with SCANPST is a good idea too.
